Sunday Worship - 8:30am, 11:00am, & 3:00pm
Worship this week will continue with the theme, 24 Hours that Changed the World. We will take a deeper look at how these last 24 hours of Jesus' life here on earth not only changed the world but have the power to change us, too! This week's sermon is entitled "The Torture and Humiliation of the King" and is based on the scriptures of Mark 15:15b-23. Our goal is to dig deeper into the stories surrounding these 24 hours in history and uncover how they might be meaningful for us today. Join us in worship and invite a friend to join you this week!
Sunday School for All Ages
Each Sunday children, youth, and adults gather for Sunday School at Stroudsburg United Methodist Church. This is an excellent opportunity for you to deepen your faith, ask questions, and explore new spiritual understandings. Teachers are equipped to teach, lead, and challenge you on your faith journey and you will surely be affected in very positive ways when you attend Sunday School. Children meet in the Wee Care Room, Youth meet in the Youth Room, and Adults meet in the Lounge. Give it a try this Sunday at 9:45pm!
Do you belong to a Small Group? If not, you really should seriously consider doing so. Blood Drive - April 11th - noon to 6pm
Stroudsburg UMC will host a Red Cross Blood Drive on Monday, April 11th from noon until 6pm. Blood is needed throughout the region, so please consider giving blood to help those in need. Jesus gave us the example by shedding his blood for us. Take a few minutes to share a pint of your blood with somebody else.
